KeyBee Disclosures & Limitations

At KeyBee, we connect investors and licensed agents to complete real estate tasks quickly and securely. To ensure fairness and transparency, please note the following disclosures based on real task experiences:

Property Access
If an agent cannot access a property due to boarded doors, missing keys, or locked entry, they will complete the task to the best of their ability from the outside. The task will still be considered fulfilled, and payment will be processed.
Occupied Properties (Squatters or Unknown Residents)
If an agent encounters squatters or unexpected occupants inside the property, the agent will not enter for safety reasons. Exterior photos or documentation will be provided, and the task will still be considered fulfilled.
Unsafe Conditions
If a property has fire damage, collapsed structures, or any condition that makes entry unsafe, the agent will not be required to enter. They will provide exterior photos and mark the property as unsafe. Payment will still be processed.
Tenant Restrictions
If a property has tenants who refuse entry and state that only the owner is allowed inside, the agent will respect those restrictions. Exterior photos or a report will be provided, and payment will still be processed.

Important Notes

KeyBee agents are not responsible for verifying property access, safety, or occupancy conditions prior to arrival. Task Creators are expected to provide accurate property details; however, even if conditions prevent full interior access, agents will complete tasks to the best of their ability, and charges will apply.

While we make every effort to fulfill all tasks, we cannot guarantee that every order will be completed. If we are unable to assign an agent within 24 hours, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. You may choose either a full refund or agree to additional fees if applicable.
