1. About KeyBee

KeyBee is a platform that connects real estate investors, homeowners, and others (“Creators”) with licensed real estate agents (“Operators”) for on-demand property-related tasks. We provide the technology and payment system to facilitate these connections. KeyBee is not a brokerage and does not provide real estate services directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KeyBee.

Agents must be actively licensed in their state of operation.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

4. Services & Fees

Premium Subscriptions: Monthly or annual fees as shown in-app.

Task Fees: Charges apply for each completed task. Platform fees may be taken from both Creator and Operator sides.

All payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.

Prices and fees are subject to change with prior notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use KeyBee for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.

Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or license status.

Post false or misleading requests or offers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

Task cancellations may be subject to fees as displayed in-app.

Refunds are issued only in accordance with our policies.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

KeyBee is a technology platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any task performed by an Operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeyBee is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the platform or services arranged through it.

8. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Account Info: Name, email, phone number, password.

Profile Details: For Agents — license information, location, bio.

Payment Info: Processed securely via third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Usage Data: Device type, IP address, and interactions with the platform.

How We Use Information

To operate and improve KeyBee services.

To match Creators and Operators for tasks.

To process payments and send receipts.

To communicate with you about your account, tasks, and promotions.

How We Share Information

With other users as necessary to complete a task.

With service providers (payment processors, hosting services).

As required by law or to protect legal rights.

Data Retention

We keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with laws, and resolve disputes.

Security
