KeyBee does not create an agent-client or brokerage relationship. You are not signing a
listing agreement, providing advice, or representing a buyer/seller. You're completing a
one-time task—just like a courier or freelance assistant.
Not if you:
● Act within your state's laws;
● Follow your brokerage’s rules (if applicable);
● Do not present yourself as the creator’s agent.
For extra safety, we recommend:
● Avoid giving price, strategy, or offer advice;
● Do not represent yourself as a buyer or seller’s agent.
Examples include:
● Taking property photos or video walkthroughs;
● Unlocking a property for someone;
● Checking if cleaners finished their job;
● Meeting an inspector or appraiser;
● Verifying property condition after move-out.
You can—just not through KeyBee. If a Creator wants to work with you directly after a task,
you’re free to sign a standard agent agreement off-platform.
You are. Like any freelance gig, you:
● Choose which tasks you accept;
● Work on your own schedule;
● Are responsible for acting professionally and carefully.
KeyBee is not a brokerage service. However, if you want to be extra cautious, feel free to
ask your broker if non-broker freelance gigs are allowed.

Yes!
You will receive exactly the amount shown when you accept the task. KeyBee takes its
service fee before you see the final payout, so there are no surprises or hidden deductions
later. What you see is what you get.
