I want to post tasks and also complete them as an agent.

Mostly licensed agents or experienced real estate professionals. All Operators go through a
basic verification process before accessing the platform.
No.
We don’t participate in negotiations, transactions, or advice.
We provide a reliable “boots on the ground” task service—especially useful for remote
investors and busy property owners.
Yes.
You’ll see their profile, license status (if applicable), and reviews from past clients.
We also monitor performance and can replace an Operator if anything goes wrong.
Examples include:
● Property photo/video walkthroughs;
● Cleanliness checks;
● Meeting with inspectors;
● Key handoffs;
● Verifying if tenants or furniture are present;
● Ensuring the property is locked and secure.
KeyBee doesn’t assign agents for real estate deals. But if you connect with someone
great—feel free to continue working together off-platform. We’re happy we helped you meet!
You can:
● Rate the task as “unsatisfactory”;
● Contact our support team;
● Request a new Operator or compensation if needed.
You set the price for the task. KeyBee takes a small service fee. Two options:
● Basic Account: 15% platform fee;
● Premium: 10% fee and priority support.
The Premium plan costs $20/month.
It gives you:
● Reduced platform fees (only 10% instead of 15%)
● Priority support from the KeyBee team
● Early access to new features and service areas
● Premium badge on your profile for added trust
You can upgrade or cancel anytime directly in your account settings.
Yes.
Registration protects you. You’ll get updates, access to reports, and secure
communication—all in your account.
We’re launching a recommended pricing system soon based on task type, location, and
market demand.
For now, set any price—you’ll get a heads-up if it’s too high or too low.
No.
Anyone can complete tasks such as key handoffs, property photos, condition checks, or
meeting inspectors. However, having a license may help with access (Supra, lockboxes) and
boost client trust. For that reason, we prioritize onboarding licensed agents first.
No.
KeyBee does not create an agent-client or brokerage relationship. You are not signing a
listing agreement, providing advice, or representing a buyer/seller. You're completing a
one-time task—just like a courier or freelance assistant.
Not if you:
● Act within your state's laws;
● Follow your brokerage’s rules (if applicable);
● Do not present yourself as the creator’s agent.
For extra safety, we recommend:
● Avoid giving price, strategy, or offer advice;
● Do not represent yourself as a buyer or seller’s agent.
Examples include:
● Taking property photos or video walkthroughs;
● Unlocking a property for someone;
● Checking if cleaners finished their job;
● Meeting an inspector or appraiser;
● Verifying property condition after move-out.
You can—just not through KeyBee. If a Creator wants to work with you directly after a task,
you’re free to sign a standard agent agreement off-platform.
You are. Like any freelance gig, you:
● Choose which tasks you accept;
● Work on your own schedule;
● Are responsible for acting professionally and carefully.
KeyBee is not a brokerage service. However, if you want to be extra cautious, feel free to
ask your broker if non-broker freelance gigs are allowed.
Yes!
KeyBee is a non-exclusive, flexible platform. You choose when and how you want to work.
Yes!
You will receive exactly the amount shown when you accept the task. KeyBee takes its
service fee before you see the final payout, so there are no surprises or hidden deductions
later. What you see is what you get.
